We are very experienced in the preparation and completion of neighbourhood development plans under the Localism Act 2011.  We will be delighted to prepare, consult on and submit for adoption a neighbourhood development plan for your local parish or for your local forum area.,

Our company is led by our Managing Director and Principal Planning Consultant and his background is as follows:

Michael A Jones LLB(Hons), LLM, MBA, MA, MSc, FCIARB, DMS, MCIPD, PGDipEDM, DipMgt, MCMI, MIoD
has over 25 years experience in the field of Town & Country Planning.  He is an experienced Planning Consultant and he has previously held Chief Officer posts in the local government service which has included the management of planning departments.  He has also worked for specialist niche planning practices on major re-development schemes.  He has established an enviable record of success in securing lucrative planning permissions.  He is a Past Fellow of the Institute of Arbitrators.  He also holds several relevant post-graduate qualifications including a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Management and the Master of Arts Degree in Town and Country Planning. He is a Past Member of the Royal Town and Planning Institute.

He has worked for blue-chip corporate developers, local planning authorities, larger transport companies, residents associations and land-owners.

He has negotiated numerous complex planning schemes and promoted complex town centre re-development schemes.  He has worked on substantial compulsory purchase schemes and has advised on the implementation of complex compulsory acquisition schemes.  He has also advised on all aspects of environmental issues including land contamination, water pollution, waste management and environmental assessments.
